I found them completely unreliable. The Asian guy who is owner has a another European guy, they both lie, rude and very unprofessional. They will touch up car to hide cosmetic issues so you will find them later once bought the car. Just avoid them.

We purchased an 09 plate freelander to enable us to tow our caravan whilst we wait for our new car to arrive, lead time 10 months. The service and help when we visited was great. Our car was delivered to us within a few days. In the last couple of weeks the airbag light came on. We contacted Derby cars and arranged to call in the next morning. Within an hour a new unit for the airbag was fitted. No quibbles just good old great customer service.They offer a great range of Land-rover vehicles types at good prices with great service. Bought a kia carens today with these guys as we have been desperate for a 7 seater car, the customer service was excellent, they were really helpful, weren't pushy in sales at all. All the cars for sale were being cleaned on arrival, which is a great start, as we went to another garage before and all the cars were filthy and the car didn't even start, so just from entrance only we had a good impression. We have been given 6 months breakdown cover and warrenty. Highly recommend them. Thank you for helping us buy our family car.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place! Don’t be tricked by the low prices; it will cost you more in the long run.This is our experience with them. Bought a car less than 2 months ago.They assured me that they’re running meticulous inspections on the cars before selling them and in the case of missing something, the issues are covered by the 6 months warranty. In less than 2 months, the car was in numerous garages a few times per week:- 30 minutes after buying, the tyres pressure sensors were failing. We decided to continue our road as we were coming from quite a distance to buy it. We also never thought it was a sensor fault but a tyre pressure issue… were so wrong, as 3 of them are dead, waiting for their replacement as I’m writing this. The “warranty” isn’t covering everything, as they have a limit on the reparations cost…- a few days later, the navsat/radio/air con starts to reboot out of nowhere, uncontrollably, a few times per hour, making driving very difficult with all the distractions.- with the car in service for the sensors, we found out that the front lower arm is done from wear and tear and needs urgent replacement, letting us to take the car only under signature (the car started to pull right a bit, so we asked the mechanics to also throw a look on that). Over the phone, the dealer accused us we hit the car so that’s why we have issues with the arm… totally false as the car was only driven on the highway with less than 2000 miles made since we bought it. The mechanic was precise, it’s wear and tear as on impact, the arm is bending - I’m quite sure the car came with the issue given the fact it’s impossible to create this wear in under 2000 miles. As the “warranty” doesn’t cover this, I asked the dealer to solve it as it’s clear it came like this.How the dealer solved this? They asked me what proof I have that the car came with the issue as the car passed the MOT 5 days before the sale?….Very unprofessional, extremely rude and irresponsible towards the safeness of their customers.I’m only giving 1 star as I can’t give 0

Worst experience ever. Bought a car from here and the rest is history. No service history although the owner claims there is one now. I am stuck with a bill of £3,500 and still paying for a car I have no access to.

Excellent customer service. got my car for the second time and it didn’t disappoint. What you see is what you get. I would definitely recommend

Very friendly, make you feel comfortable and dont mess around and get you in your new car promptly. Id buy from them again tomorrow if i needed a new car..

I have had a good experience here. From purchasing the vehicle until after purchase, the customer service has been great. Very responsive and always ready to help if you need anything. I would recommend them

Went to a view a car i had already financed through another company. Had no contact from the dealership throughout my finance application, nor when my finance had gone through and the car was essentially mine. I had to chase them for a collection date. Upon going to collect the car, found there was no service history (not advertised) an MOT not approved by the garage that they had said had done it and EXCESSIVE corrosion underneath. I dread to think what might have happened had i have drove away in the car. When i went to tell them i wasn’t taking the car they proceeded to abuse me and tell me they’ve lost 3 customers because of me (the cars been listed for 29 days…) read the reviews and stay away from this place! They have no idea what they’re doing.
