I came here to get my nails done. moreover, even though I made an appointment and went, they made me wait for 1 hour. They also sat down and chatted without shame. They didn't even apologize to me. They were also very disrespectful to me. I've never been to such a bad place before. I'm so tired of waiting. I almost got up and left. They couldn't do well with the manicure and gel model I showed. women can't do business without chatting. I was not satisfied at all. it was a very bad experience for me. I never want other people to suffer. I do not recommend this rude place to anyone.

To be honest my nails were awful but I wanted a break from gel/ SNS so had a french manicure on short bitten nails. Somehow lovely Carmen ( think that’s her name she’s the owner) made my nails look amazing. I also had all my cuticles pushed back and the hard skin around my nails trimmed. Such a great service ..a fabulous chat...and my nails are 10/10. Definitely will be returning such a spotlessly clean salon & all the staff were friendly aswell Sue Mason
