After a failed purchase with another agency, I found my new house with Chancellors and we managed to complete the process in a very short time. They tracked the process and gave me weekly updates .Especially big shouts to Amarjit. Thank you very much.Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. I applied for a rental property and received a call straight away to book in for a viewing, which was great. I received a confirmation email for the online viewing but no details of a video link. In the days leading up to the appointment, I called and emailed multiple times to no avail. By the time the appointment should have happened, I still had not heard anything and nobody answered the phones, the viewing did not go ahead, but I received a link to leave a review, so here we are. While I appreciate estate agents are busy and they may have had more than enough interest for the property, it is rude to disrespect someone else's time in such a way. If you cannot honour an appointment, have the courtesy to cancel it.

Extremely poor communications from the Letting side. I have called multiple times over the past two weeks regarding multiple properties to rent, I unfortunately never get through to the Letting department and received many false promises of call backs that never happen. I have been in communications with several other Lettings agencies across Banbury and this by far has the worst communications. I wouldn’t bother, there are far more organised letting agents in the area.

Emily has been great with helping me in the process of buying my first home. She is efficient and fast. She has answered all my questions and any questions she did not have the answer to immediately she would go and find the answer and get back to me promptly. She has been great with communication and made my experience so far very positive.

Very bad service after we left the property. They are very slow to respond. Constantly dodge phone calls saying the person dealing with it is not available and claim they will call you back but do not.We left our flat over a month ago and have still not been able to get our deposit back. Overall very unhelpful.
