I’ve just taken delivery of an ex-demo Super SOCO TCmax.What a fantastic bike!It’s in almost immaculate condition, just as described and had a full service and checks prior to delivery.Dealing with the team at EEM was a pleasant and easy experience. I’d definitely recommended them

Sur-Ron Ultra Bee, road legal version.From enquiry Tuesday morning 10:00am to collecting it at 16:00I could not have wished for a smoother transaction.A slight problem Wednesday morning but the guys were straight on it & collected it in the afternoon, with the problem fixed I re-collected at 11:00 am Friday. This is true customer service & why I bought locally rather than trying to save a couple of quid buying from an unobtainable person on the internet.Keep up the good work guys, I will be recommending you to everyone who asks where did I get the bike from.

Consider alternative retailers for your machine, following my interaction I cannot recommend EEMC. Can't emphasise that enough.Cancelled my order for a Surron Ultra today due to massive delays, lack of communication and poor customer service. I initially chose EEMC based on their 5* reviews.Put a £500 deposit down on 10/05/2023 intending to pay in full. After lengthy delays due to importation problems, I found out the bikes were due to land on 06/06/2023 (from MagnetMotos).I opted for delivery on 13/06/2023 due to work commitments. This was evidently miscommunicated to EEMC who thought I wanted to collect the bike.. further delays.Called for an update yesterday following no communication and was reassured the bike was built and would be delivered next week. Received a call today stating the earliest the bike could be delivered is 06/07/2023.I had been understanding with EEMC regarding their reasoning behind the delays, I also appreciate the provider and courier are two separate entities, however this was the final straw.I had been in contact with MagnetMotos throughout due to the delays, I knew they had bikes in stock available for immediate delivery. EEMC had many chances to get it right, no reason to wait it out.Order cancelled with EEMC, called MagnetMoto's directly after, delivery arranged for next Tuesday. Customer service.Regarding communication, I received 2 emails from EEMC throughout our interaction, one of which was the initial invoice. For all other information and status updates, phoning into store was required.First review I have ever left a company on google, I feel compelled due to the negative experience. I hope for EEMC's reputation sake the refund is processed quicker than the bike.***Please note, after leaving my initial review, the owner called me asking to reconsider due to the potential impact to his business. Highly unprofessional attitude and unfortunately for EEMC there is nothing in my review to formally dispute, therefore it will remain.I’d advise EEMC take responsibility for their failures and learn from them, rather than ask customers to withdraw their feedback.

Have been wanting to visit here for ages so today i did and it didn't disappoint.Very friendly and welcoming staff.There is plenty of parking for bikes and cars.The decor inside is great.We rode tested 2 electric bikes and was very surprised how well these things go.Definitely worth a visit.

After an extensive demo period, I purchased the UBCO from EEMC for a family member who does alot of farm work, this machine, being two wheel drive is the perfect motorcycle for the job. A huge thank you to Alec and Max who were very helpful and they sorted a good deal for me. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing an electric motorcycle and will definitely be going back when I'm in the market for buying one for myself.

Great team who were flexible with opening hours to allow us to try a couple of different bikes. We able to tells us alot about the spec of each bike.

First class (and beyond) customer service. The team are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I was exploring electric motorcycles for several months before buying. All questions were helpfully answered, with no pushy sales nor judgement (as I tried to make sense of things).When it came to buying there was no hard sell, just plenty of understanding and support. Picked up bike on Wednesday and absolutely love it! (after sales support is also great, as had a few questions which they were able to help with).Big shout out to Nathan and Oli in particular for all their help - awesome place to buy an electric motorcycle! :-)

Great chat with Nathan during a 425 mile trip to finally see English Electric HQ with John Chivers and Justin. They have AC charging but the DC charger isn't the boat reliable, sadly.

I tried a few electric bikes before buying the Zero S. Alec and his team were so very knowledgeable and they kindly put up with me and all my questions without making me feel like that stupid woman without a clue". Nothing was too much trouble for them.My bike was delivered within two weeks of purchasing it. Any women (or men) out there planning on buying an electric motorcycle

Great showroom with cool decoration. Friendly welcoming staff and amazing bikes. The Zero & Energica are well worth test riding.
