I was in the middle of organising images for an exhibition, none of the final edits had been backed up. My mac went down at the worst possible time..the dreaded folder and question mark centre of screen was all i could get. I couldn't even recover the hard drive. These guys had my mac up and running in days and all my data recovered. They were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I run a web design business and my PC was down and out, a web designer without a PC is redundant. Chez Vous stepped up to the mark, took the Computer out at 11.30 am and I picked it up at 2.30pm. New Motherboard and graphics card installed all software running at lightning speed. Extremely professional and very competitively priced would recommend to anyone for personal or business use .... I am an Accountant, this is the busiest time of year for me. My printer broke down on Friday at the worst possible time. I rang Chezvous PC on Friday and by Tuesday lunchtime I was back up and running with a fully installed brand new printer at a fraction of the cost of the old one and they even sorted out some other issues I had on my computers.Excellent service, thank you.

Indifferent. I called on a Sunday afternoon with a Mac issue, and after an initially promising conversation (about changing my SSD drive) things went quiet. Computerbase in Plymouth were more competent and helpful. I try to use local businesses whenever I can - but this isn‘t it. If you're not happy to work on the weekend just don't.
