Craig has helped us with getting our rental flat ready for sale by plumbing in the kitchen sink and gas hob and also installing a new shower, taps and radiator in the bathroom. He was friendly, professional, on time and so helpful explaining the processes and what I needed. A real pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be using him again.

Craig has never been available for me .He spent a lot of energy to tell me that he was fully booked,fully busy with his family etc.He couldn't even drop in to have a look at my sink.There was only a washer beneath my sink which needed replacing.Very disappointing!

Craig took out and fully replaced my bathroom suite - it’s a tiny room and was quite a challenge to get all the suite but he did an amazing job. Followed that up with sorting out an old and clogged up heating system. On time, on budget and with great communication throughout. More than happy to recommend Craig to anyone who needs plumbing work doing.

We had three quotes for our combi boiler installation. All three were roughly the same price but Craig won on attitude and keenness to do a quality job and was the only heating engineer to take the time to check the water pressure before advising which boiler to have. The work was done to a high standard and within the timescale agreed. We will be using Craig to install a new bathroom next.

We had a great experience working with Craig. He came into our extension project late due to the fact we were let down by another plumber and worked extremely hard to ensure our underfloor heating and shower room were installed. He also installed a water softener and all plumbing for the utility room plus advised on a new pipe we needed to connect our plumbing to the road. Craig works really efficiently and came when he said he would , the quality of everything installed was excellent. Cannot rate him highly enough and we will definitely use him again in the future if we have another plumbing job. Thanks Craig !

We have used this firm for the last 18mths on s variety of plumbing related jobs including boiler replacement, annual servicing & safety checks plus installation of new ensuites in our care home. Not only has the jobs been professionally complete but also Craig has been amazing with our residents. Always happy to have a chat and explain what hes doing. Craig also has been very flexible and able to drop in and help out at short notice if we have a plumbing crisis. Highly recommend this company whether its for private or commercial job

We recently got a tiny leak on our boiler pipework, it wasn’t major and nothing stopped working, but I thought I’ll just drop Craig a message and see what he says. That was 9am on Monday. By 2pm Craig was with us checking on the problem and confirming our suspicions that it wasn’t a major problem. He promised to get the parts he needed to fix it and be back the next day. He was as good as his word, leak was fixed and water back on within an hour. I would definitely recommend Craig and his team - quick, efficient, friendly and I’m no expert with plumbing, but he certainly seems to be.
