OK I'm 36 and visiting a toy store and it's fun, I have the excuse of having two little nephews, it's a fab little shop fully of great gift ideas the staff were warm and friendly and the store was packed yet well organised and vibrant. I would argue its the best toy shop in hudds.

Staff in the Huddersfield store go above and beyond to help their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy toys for my grandchildren. Lots of choice for all ages.

Won’t bother come here I brought 2 stuff from here last year baby rattle for one family members baby and dads army board for my dads birthday the baby rattle is cute and good but when I played dads army on Christmas Day with dad it’s confusing abit and 2 counters on board game both wrong colour so disappointed for board game

My son saw the toy shop and dragged me in to this shop. They had a good selection of toys and my son chose a radio controlled car (£39.99)and a squidgy light up ball (£6.50). He was really excited and as soon as we got home i opened up the box the ball was in to find the light up function wasnt working so i put this back in the box. I then opened up the radio controlled car and set it up, it was meant to be ready to go, but the rechargeable batteries were dead even though it said on the box that they were pre chaged. So i had to unscrew the cap under the car to remove the batteries again and put them on charge for 2 hours and 40 minutes as stated on the box. Once i fitted the batteries in again and tested the toy before giving it to my son i was very upset to see it wasnt working as it should. It wasnt turning right and it wouldn't work as an off roader as it was supposed to. My son was really upset as i was packing it back in the box. The quality of the toys seems of very low quality materials, weak design, little to no quality control checks and it jusy isnt accptabke for company's to be selling toys such as these in their stores.This is the first time I have shoped here and it will definitely be the last time.I will be returning to the shop for a full refund and a complaint. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

My children love this store. We go once a week. Even though the store is small there's lots to look at. They spend forever looking around before they choose something.There's toys for all price ranges and usually they have a sale.We love this specific location because the staff are all really helpful and friendly. On several occasions they've searched in the back to find things for my daughter in a certain colour or style.
