Rude staff over priced product I’m not sure why they still exist when we’ve lost some really good retail businesses this is just the lowest of the low

very poor service. I have once made an order over 250 pounds and as it suggested it will be delivered next day. guessed what happened, it didn't arrive then i contacted customer service many times, they eventually came back and suggested the courrier has delivered the product with someone signed. I have checked with reception in our office there are no one called the guy who signed the post. I contacted back All saint and the customer service suggested the driver is 100 percent the parcel has been delivered . so it means as a customer I am a liar to them. they refused to refund or repost my order. there are many high street retailers, all saint is the worst and very poor service. it is not worth the price you re paying at all.
