What a pathetic practice!Thanks to one of your doctors! ( Dr Anil Gungadeen) My dad ended up in hospital! He could have died but the doctor couldn’t care!I will be taking this further and I have photograph proof!

Managed to get a same day appointment which was great. When I arrived it was unfortunate that the systems had gone down but this was handled with great professionalism.The lady doctor who I saw (I believe was a trainee doctor) was extremely thorough and I left feeling very relieved and happy with the consultation.Happy to recommend to anyone.

Doctor L. S. is the worst GP I have met ever, and also a receptionist. They don't care about your situation. The doctor refuse to refer me to any specialists and asked me to contact the hospital. That happened many times, you would be ignored till you give up to contact them again. When you need any appointments they give you a telephone appointment after 3 weeks..... I'm not exaggerating to say that this is the worst GP in the UK. My experience with other GB was very amazing, they treated me very well and they always respect me. I had a phone appointment with a doctor from my previous Doctor just to follow up on my situation because they didn't know I had moved to England. A huge difference between those two experiences. Honestly, if I could give you no star I will do it.

Have got to sing the praises of everyone working at millfield medical centre. Linda, the receptionist has been an absolute star, so very patient, helpful and understanding. Dr. Singh, again, a brilliant Dr...Have been with this practice for years and never had any other than caring treatment.Thank you all again from us both.

My father inlaw is 76 years old he is on kidney dialysis it had been snowing so the taxi was late getting to him arrived at the doctors 5 MINUTES LATE to get his bloods done they turned him away. DISGUSTING THIS IS A SERIOUSLY ILL PERSON

Been with this surgery for 35 years, but it has slowly just got worse. Doctors are great, thats if you ever get to see or speak to one. From not being able to get though on the telephone, appointments weeks and weeks away, and receptionists just never willing to help. Definitely going elsewhere as advised by the receptionist (of all people).

Big shout out to the lovely receptionist who kindly made the effort to book me in after my appointment had been cancelled yesterday afternoon 27/01/22. The system failed to notify me even though I had confirmation on my phone. You're are a credit to the practice. Sorry I didn't get your name but thank you.

I really like the doctors at this surgery. I have been at other surgeries at the past and had terrible experience. But here they all seem caring. Thankfully

Dr Phillip Hartley is by far the best Dr i have ever seen in my personal opinion. Without going into detail this Dr knows his job and actually cares about his patients, Dr Hartley please never leave!!!! From Michael Old.
