Recently visited the Factory outlet and purchased some poles. Realising I didn't have the brackets - I went to our local store in Chester - ACE !! the staff were sooooo helpful , I only wanted a couple off brackets but these folks pulled out all the stops to help . GREAT service Great Products GREAT STAFF . ( Neil , thank you so much ) I would highly recommend a visit to these guys for anything curtain/fabric related - their product knowledge is awesome. Even if they don't have it , the advice is amazing .

Bought ready made curtains, picked them up and hung them 90 x 90 one Curtain was 88 the other 89. The front curtains were creased so bad even after 4 weeks the creases are still there.

The lady with blonde hair was very friendly approachable and nice, the posh old man was rude abrupt and unwelcoming. He had an attitude about him like he does not care for your custom in the slightest, very pompous and rude indeed. Also £130 for a curtain pole ... yes just 1 might I add. Nice materials and cushions I just didnt want to buy anything after the old man.

If you are planning a visit to the Simon Boyd outlet near Gresford you should be aware that they do not have any toilet facilities for customers. I think that this is unacceptable for a retail outlet located in an industrial park with no access to public toilets. It would be helpful if their website told you this before you travelled. If you happen to have a medical condition that means you might need to use a wc at short notice I would advise that you avoid visiting here unless you want a ‘white knuckle ride’ to make it in time to the loo.

Choice there is incredible and lady who served us was so helpful. She worked out our order very efficiently. Company needs to hang on to her. A real asset to Simon Boyd.

Ordered 2 sets of curtains and told they would available to collect in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I rang to chase up the curtains and was told they would be in soon. Chased them up after 4 weeks- same response. Nearly 5 weeks after ordering I went into store to see what was going on, I was told they would chase them up that day. 3 days later I received a call to say the curtains had been discontinued. No apology was made. Over 8 weeks since the order was placed and still awaiting refund.......

I cannot begin to say what fantastic customer service Simon Boyd at Knutsford provide. They are so knowledgeable of all the fabrics they stock and go out of their way to help you. I recently had extremely large curtains made and the pattern matching and sewing could not be faulted in any way. This was during the pandemic and they went out of their way to update me on both the progress of the delivery of the fabric and the actual making of the curtains once it had arrived. They also beat the prices I had been quoted online. I recommend everyone I know to use them.

The staff at Chester are amazing! They couldnt be more helpful. Joy goes above and beyond and it was a lovely experience with her and the other ladies yesterday. I'm truly grateful for their help.
