Unfortunately, a very poor experience with the wrong items being sent and poor communication including unprofessional language and a protracted return. Would not recommend surprised by some of the positive reviews, not my experience!

I have been so impressed with the customer service you get from Chris and his staff. Not only when you are purchasing good but when you phone for a assistance and advice. Nothing is to much trouble.On one occasion I bought a grift for a friend way in advance of his birthday and several months afterward when it became apparent that the grift was not suitable I asked if I could return the used grift. There not a moments hesitation.I can not recommend this shop highly enough.

The guys at Swillington couldn’t have been more helpful, in particular Chris. The new appointment system works well as long as you turn up on time ( but then why wouldn’t you as a matter of courtesy to the following appointee?). It is a valiant effort from Swillington in an attempt to keep both staff and customers safe in these challenging times. Well done guys and thank you for such a pleasant experience!

All the one star reviews are correct. The owner of this place is obviously very wealthy and doesn't need to bother whether or not people come in the shop. The young staff member did do his best, where as the old boy couldn't get us out soon enough. It's the first and last time I'll come here.
