Straight off the bat when Phillip came to view for a quote he was grumpy and clearly couldn't care less.We then searched around and received other quotes. His was coming in at around double others.After kindly letting Phillip know via text that we were going with others and the reason why he sent me the middle finger emoji...if anything proving we made the right decision.I'd avoid this guy if I were you.** To further note, the only other Google review at the time of editting is from the owner himself rating the business 5/5 (funnily enough). Do not use this decorator despite the check a trade reviews.
