I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with a CEO who left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. This was little over a month, but I said I must get round to informing the public of the dreadful director. Our conversation over the phone was nothing short of dreadful. The CEO's demeanor was excessively curt, and they displayed a complete lack of patience and respect for my inquiries.It's disheartening to witness such a stark contrast in someone's behavior. While they may present a friendly facade for certain circumstances or when they have ulterior motives, their treatment of fellow humans lacks the fundamental decency and respect that should be expected in any professional interaction.In the world of business, professionalism and courtesy should be the norm, regardless of the situation. It's crucial for leaders, especially CEOs, to set a positive example for their organizations and treat all individuals with respect. This encounter served as a stark reminder of the importance of kindness and professionalism in the business world and the disheartening consequences of its absence.
