Jack and his Squirrels have fitted new radiators to our bedrooms, serviced our boiler and installed a water softener previously. On asking for advice about other concerns he has been informative, honest and very helpful. Even when our boiler failed to provide us hot water today, he came out within the allotted times given and worked his magic. If you want an honest, hardworking, professional, value for money plumber - Red Squirrel are your guys. Cannot thank them enough. Would recommend to anyone.

We have just used Red Squirrel for our annual boiler service and gas safety inspection. I have to say we have received perfect service.They answered the phone quickly when we rang to book the appointment & it was simple to book in with them. The price was quoted over the phone and was competitive.Jack attended today within the stated time period and couldn't have been better or more helpful. After being quoted an extortionate price by an available local plumber, Facebook enabled us to find Jack and his company, Red Squirrel. He provided a realistic quote for 1 days work versus a previous plumber’s 1.5 days and completed the job within that timescale and quoted price. An absolute pleasure to deal with and a professional worker with a very pleasant personality to match. He returned to correct a minor issue and simultaneously fixed a mains stopcock leak without any additional charges. A true gentleman. Fortunately, he likes white wine which enabled me to thank him for his help! Would highly recommend to anyone and will always ask Jack for plumbing/heating issues in the future.

I recently asked Red Squirrel to diagnose a boiler making a strange noise and give it a service. They attended for a very short period of time and stated they needed to speak to Worcester to diagnose the problem. I was charged for the service and provided with a certificate but had to chase repeatedly for an update on the issue before simply being told to call Worcester.I have since had another engineer out who has shut down the boiler as it is dangerous and asked “with all due respect, what did they (Red Squirrel) actually do in the service?”. So in summary, poor service and left me with a dangerous boiler.
