Friendly warm welcome very relaxed atmosphere. They made me feel very relaxed with their friendly approach which was very helpful as I was very tense. Don't waste your time if you have ever tried in life ! Never in my life have I been treated with such condescending attitudes for everyone to hear, I cannot believe this is a help service for people that believe in self support, only shows when the stuff hits the fan improving lives absolutely failed, never ever been made to feel as bad as I do, and so low by only asking for advice! You should be ashamed of yourselves and realise not everyone is the same ! . I feel like I'm worth nothing for trying whilst having many health problems.
