Called them to see if my washer-dryer (the bearings on which appear to have failed) could be fixed or would need replacing. Their man needed two visits (rather than just looking up the device to see if replacements are available or not) to tell me he couldn't do anything about it and suggested I try someone else.

Brilliant. The only engineer who would come out on a Sunday to fix our broken fridge. Saw what was wrong in a few minutes and fixed it on the spot without trying to sell us a new one. Lovely guy and great at his job!

I called him, after two hours he came, open the fridge and said a part need to be changed. He said will order it and will call me again. UNFORTUNATELY HE NEVER CALLED AGAIN.The fridge was full with food.VERY BAD SERVICE.

My dishwasher died in the middle of a washing cycle. I called about 6 companies only to be told that they were booking weeks ahead. Finally I called JJ Homeappliances who sent Moses around almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problem and did the repair very quickly and efficiently. Highly Recommended.

Moses came straight away to help me with my dishwasher, he quickly ascertained that was a small problem that he could fix on the spot, all back up and running within 30 mins of calling and charged a very very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Moses came to my help within 2 hours of calling. He diagnosed and replaced the heating element of my cooker which had failed suddenly. Very responsive and a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the quality and tidiness of the work.
