Excellent customer service. My chain broke. And I was on the door step waiting for them to open at 10am Sunday. I believe they had loads of booking 1st thing and still managed to fit me a new chain. Hired bikes for me and my son. Very knowledgeable staff and super helpful. Had a blast on the trails and the bikes were in excellent condition. Will definitely be back.

Just been with my young family biking here. The bike hire was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up hiring a bike with a trailer and sat my 1 year old in there together with my 3 year old. The bikes are high spec so it was easy to ride despite the heavy load I was carrying in the trailer. We did the green route which has some quite steep inclines so that had to be done walking and pulling the bike with the trailer up. Without a trailer the green route is fairly easy. The scene is beautiful. My 5 year old brought along his own bike but he also struggled on some of the steeper parts in the trail but managed to walk it up. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend it for anyone in the area.

A great day out hiring e-bikes and taking on the scenic trails. We had a mixed age group so not everyone wanted to do the full route, which worked well, all clearly sign posted so you can pick and choose. E-mountain bikes make it as easy as you like, but you’ll need to be reasonably confident with the more technical sections of the trail. Good fun and well organised, thank you.

11/10 service! After having a race ending mechanical at Boltby bash enduro the team at Sutton Bank bikes got me up and running again in record time to finish the weekend of riding! A team of great people with genuine care for their customers! Highly recommend them for great workshop service and knowledge! Thanks again team!

Great biking for the kids, the blue short route was just enough for the youngest. The new pump track is really good too.

Excellent service and a good hard tail MB for my wife. A good range of trails. We did the Paradise trail plus the Drovers Road up to Black Hambleton which was a full day. Enjoyed the bike park too.
