Absolutely fantastic jeweller and he certainly gets the job done to beyond my expectations. Nigel is one of the most interesting and knowledgeable people I know. Thanks also to Sharon who’s also fantastic. Simply can’t fault them both. Massive thank you from me and Sue. Don’t hesitate to take your jewellery, expensive or otherwise to this shop. Great. I generally don’t trust people but I’ve only met Nigel and Sharon a few times, I feel my jewellery is in very good, honest, capable hands.

Nice little jewelers in Gorleston. Mainly pre owned or antique. They open at 4pm Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday not sure of Saturdays. Nice people.

What amazing shop .we took a 120 plus years old slate mantel clock in for repair, the main winding spring was broken and in need of a .lot of t l c , when we returned to collect it the owner and his wife greated us like long lost friends , and when he revealed the clock it looked amazing so much care had gone into the overhaul ,we can not praise jewlex enough and would recommend their outstanding customer service to anyone ,thanks again ,

I had to take two watches in to have their batteries replaced, and Nigel and Karen could not have been more helpful! They made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as walked in the shop. Nigel is a man who clearly loves his craft, is very very good at what he does and is incredibly knowledgeable. The level of service they provide is unmatched and I probably won’t go to another jewellers as long as Jewelex stays open.

This little shop amazing. It is owned by a lovely couple who are very knowledgeable about jewellery of every kind. It is always busy and their workmanship is second to non. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you both for your honest advice and help.

My husband and I regularly use this lovely shop for repairs and purchases. Most recently, I took in a watch that belonged to my father, which has been left unworn since his passing 21 years ago. The end result, after cleaning and repair was so amazing, it brought tears to my eyes. My brother will now be able to wear this on his wedding day, which means so much to both of us. We can’t thank Jewelex enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who has something precious to repair or is looking for a unique and special gift.

I came across Jewelex after looking for a watch repair service. Walking into the shop Nigel and Sharon are very welcoming. After a quick consultation about the two watches he assured me that the repair could be done. Since then I have now collected the watches and I must say the repairs are fantastic.
