I left this place feeling absolutely sick at what a mid-range service on my car cost me - nearly £300 - for filter changes, 2 budget tyres and wheel balancing. For a small petrol car, this was extortionate and I shall not be using this garage again.

Have moved here since our other local garage closed and have been very happy this far. Good communication not to badly priced. Parking can be a bit interesting though.

I've used Highfield motors since they were recommended by a neighbour when I moved into the area in 2014. They have serviced, repaired and MOT'ed various cars for me over the years and I have all always been very happy with the work. I can not recommend highly enough.

I work for a Citroen dealership in the east midlands and after a customer rang me with a noise on their vehicle it was urgent to get the car looked at before their long journey home. We booked them in at ATS and they got brushed off and I called this garage and I cant describe how amazing they were to help me and our customer! in the workshop straight away and called us to let us know what was wrong. We are so grateful of the garage helping us and I said on the phone they are 'Diamonds'.Many thanks again from the team at Citroen Burton

I developed a fault with my car on my way to my holiday destination and so looked online for mechanics and chose these guys. On arrival I was welcomed and was able to discuss my problem with one of the mechanics. They took the car in and within a couple of hours told me their diagnosis but due to my short stay and their workload it wasnt possible to do a full repair, but I was able to carry on with my holiday, and took all advice given. Very friendly and accommodating garage, thankyou guys.

When my car broke down whilst visiting from Somerset, the team here couldn’t have been more helpful. They diagnosed and fixed my car very quickly and professionally. What I thought might be a problem with the clutch, turned out to be a broken drive shaft. High Field fixed it much more quickly than anticipated and at a lower cost than I expected. The service was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Booked a mid level service for my Wife's car (2016 Vauxhall Viva) with 2 new front tyres. The cost of the tyres was about what I expected but the service was around £200. I have had a full service done on a much larger car for far less than that. I can only assume that they replaced the engine oil with myrh. Will not be using their services again and would give them no stars if I could.

Handbrake on my CRV failed a few days after having my rear brakes renewed by a Honda dealer. Took it in to Highfield who were very busy, but they fixed it same day and charged me only £25. Excellent!
