About the Business
Riverside Road Fishery • Verulam Angling Club | The club developed this 2 acre lake from old cress beds some 50 years ago and is now our main coarse fishery and headquarters of the Verulam AC. Limited Trout fishing is available during the winter months during January and February.

As a private members mixed course fishery it doesn't get any better. Secluded, secure, easy parking, washroom facilities and most important superb fishing!

It's the head quarters for verulam Angling Club it's a members only fishing lake but it's a great place for fishing and the members are so friendly and full of information about fishing

Joined Verulam Angling Club this year and so glad I did. Club staff very helpful, friendly ans welcoming. Riverside Road is a great location, we'll, stocked and beautifully maintained.

Went for a coaching session here. Great parking, clean facilities, well looked after fishery. The coaches were amazing, friendly and patient with newbies like me.And we caught quite a few fish, which they named and gave some information.If new to fishing I would recommend their sessions, which are free, if you just want some piece and quite to fish, this is the place!
