Did a fantastic job on two of our hedges given how monstrously huge they were! Mark is friendly and polite and happy to offer advice. Will definitely use again.

Said he would come to do a quote on saturday. Text to say he might be late or could do sunday. We replied that was fine but heard nothing and waited in all weekend and he never showed. We were livid but needed the work doing asap so reluctantly Rang him on the monday and he came straight out for a quote - brilliant! Arranged for 9am wednesday £160 to cut the hedge. At 13:30 he text to say he wouldn't be coming - no explanation why. We told him to forget it. Totally unfair as that is 3 days wasted stuck in the house and no work was done. If you don't want the money that is fine but to let people hang on waiting all day - and silence phone notifications (iphone told us he had) is not professional at all.

Excellent work by Mark we had our conifers cut back he did a 5 star job at a very fair price and took all the waste away. Highly recommended

I have watched the team from across the road over the last few weeks, while they taken down some very large diseased trees.This has made a great improvement to the light flooding into my living room. I usually do most things myself and not get trades in, reluctantly asked Mark to completely remove a line of dead hedges. He quickly quote 120, came a day later to remove them and get his money. Not until afterwards I noticed the stumps and rootballs were covered in soil so I dug them up in a half hour and let him know, asked when he can come take them away. Weeks of chasing him he'd still not taken them away but gave an excuse, a few weeks more I've bagged them and took them to the tip myself. Any future customers I suggest check his work and don't pay before you're sure. Fairly reliable to get a quick payment but not reliable to complete a job fully.

Accosted Mark on the street as he was cleaning up from trimming a neighbours hedge and I was coming home from shopping with my baby. He was more than happy to take a look at my very overgrown hedge (this all sounds a bit euphemistic!!!) and gave me a good price to tidy it up. Very friendly and trustworthy guy, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mark!
