Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Harrow

Booked online a Luton van on the 17th of October current year, to be used on Thursday 19th of October because of moving home. I received a phone call the following morning from Devon who explaind how it works and made the process very smooth. Friendly voice, professional approach. Around 9am on Thursday I arrived at Enterprise office in Harrow Weald where I was introduced to Pavi who lead me to the Luton van which I requested. Very nice person, friendly and professional. The van had some minor marks, but Pavin told me they are aware of this. I did use the van until 4:40pm, same day and was a great help. Brilliant service, really good Luton van. Highly recommended. Thank you very much guys.

I rented a van from here, the van looked in good condition. Drove it for a while and realised that the front both tires were completely bald on the sides. Didn’t drive it any further because i could get 6points on my license because of that. Tried to contact the customer service. Honestly didn’t want to leave a bad review but didn’t have another way.

These stars are for Evander, he was extremely helpful and polite when he delivered our hire car - credit to the company.Also, thank you Dilesh who picked up the car, again extremely polite and professional.

Unlimited stars to the Enterprise Harrow team! They were amazing from start to finish. Everything was so seamless, fast and efficient. When picking up the car Christopher, took his time to explain everything, took me through the specs of the car leaving me really comfortable. During my hire I ran into a family emergency and needed the car 1 more day, I have never experienced service quite like it they were just so incredibly attentive and accommodating. The one thing that struck me there is the honesty and integrity of the whole team. You're not just a sale to them, they genuinely care that you have a great experience with them. My first time hiring a car and it will not be my last. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. Would've give 0 star if I could. Unluckily for me I was introduced by my insurance and had no choice to choose another company. Poor customer service from that Chinese looking guy (I think his name was Chris) who was very aggressive and rude. He gave me a run down car which service was due and consumption was so high. I had to fill the tank every 4 days. I asked him to give another car and showed him that the service light is on he said don't worry about that, that's ok.But when I went the second time to change that awful car, I was served by someone else and he was very professional 5 star for him. I think his name was Parek

Not that they should even get 1 star. Prepaid online, all fine. Went to collect the car and they told me they couldn’t give it to me because my address ‘wasn’t coming up on their system’ and they couldn’t verify that I lived there. I provided them with proof of address, explained I am on the electoral roll and pay my council tax, and could provide proof of both still nothing. They only had the option of me paying with a credit card, I explained I do not have a credit card, but my partner does. They would not accept this if he was not to be the main driver. I explained I had a non-refundable hotel booked for that evening and needed the car, and there was a train strike so I had no other means of travelling. They were not willing to help, and even though I could still pay the deposit, they would not let me unless it was on a credit card. I found them very inflexible and honestly suspect they had really double booked and were making an excuse. I recommend JafVans as an alternative hire company, phoned them and had a car within half an hour, they accepted proof of address. The staff at enterprise had even told me ‘you won’t be able to get a car anywhere else as all places have this system’ which is simply not true. I won’t be attempting to use them again, and certainly will not recommend them to anyone.

‼️‼️⚠️Do not use Enterprise in Harrow… the team are unhelpful… I was forced to take car due to insurance referral… and I soon discovered that they called me one day earlier and pressed me to bring the car back in 1hr… and are dishonest the car had used and worn tires see attached image the then calmed it was damaged…. But couldn’t provide me the before and after images…. And they had taken £250 without my consent after I left…. This team is dishonest… and conman’s who work there… just to prove how dishonest they are I left car charger which was worth £10 in car and called them after 2hr and I was told the charges is not in car….. do not us this branch….. and they don’t even deserve this 1 star but I had to use it to put the review … as you can see from other users some one got point and had to pay for tires as they were not legal

Placed a booking, all confirmed and paid etc, get called the morning of to say the vehicle they've taken a booking for isn't available at all. To top it off, the patronising assistant manager tells me I'd OBVIOUSLY offer you something else if we had it locally..." when I asked a reasonable question.I was moving flat that day and had to scramble to find another van ASAP due to their lack of proper vehicle management/stock control

I went to pick up a rental car from Enterprise Harrow and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different car options and helped me choose the perfect one for my needs.The process was quick and easy, and I was soon on my way in my new rental car. The car was in great condition and I did not have any problems at all. Once I returned the car, I was greeted by Evander who made the transition very quick and smooth.Throughout my experience with Enterprise in Harrow, I received exceptional customer service from Chris and Evander. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be more grateful.I highly recommend Enterprise in Harrow to anyone in need of a reliable rental car, and I can't thank Chris and Evander enough for their outstanding service. Five stars all around!

The whole team were really helpful especially Chris who made sure everything is ready, I didn’t have to wait long and drove me to the parking garage. Patrick was there when I returned the van and made sure everything was smooth and I was set on my way within minutes. Pavi processed the refund quickly. You can tell the whole team here takes pride into helping the customer without any peer pressure to upgrade or add extra money for services I don’t need. Top notch team and really hope to have the same outstanding experience from the team next time I come.
