They book you one delivery day. Then you get told by Argos delivery it’s another day after instead. They will then rearrange a delivery even if it’s their fault resulting up to 7 days after the original date. They will also wake you up before 8pm before even checking or unloading the goods** I JUST CHECKED MY CALL LIST TO SEE THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME SINCE 6.34!!!! Is this even allowed. ?!!!

I was in store a couple nights ago collecting an eBay click and collect. Jane who served me was absolutely lovely, so joyful and helpful she really went above and beyond and her customer service was fantastic, she really put a smile on my face and many others that she served before me. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Jane

Very rude and unprofessional staff I brought a item and wasn't happy with it so I went to get a refund or a different item I had 30 days return policy they couldn't take the item back as I opened the remote package to test something you need to open the package to check the packaging was in good condition and the item was taken back to the shop within 24 hours everybody has the right to change they mind if they not happy with they purchase especially being a expensive item I am very disappointed with the service provided by argos and very rude and unprofessional staff I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a item from there without seeing it anyone else as you won't get a return or a refund.

They would not accept a return on a faulty phone with receipts, expected me to mail the phone back to my partner for him to then to return it to Cardiff!Not very helpful.

Went in today to return an item my item was faulty the manager named Lee absolutely rubbish. It’s easy to buy from them but they won’t accept a faulty item back within the 30 days, I think lee was trying to make sure his numbers for the store are good (this is the case these days) Asha the training lady was so nice though.

Every time I come into this store, it seems more and more diminished. Popped in today to collect an on-line order and it looks practically barren. No displays whatsoever. In past visits I've often been inspired to make purchases based on displays. But not today.

Don't use this store for Ebay click and collect items. The staff won't accept parcels and they are then sent back to the sender so would cost you to have item posted again. Shame because of them I lost out on a deal. You argos don't want to accept Ebay items then don't offer this store for collection.
