FLAVO Beauty Salon & Clinic

I visited yesterday for the first time. I called ahead to check whether it was by appointment only and was told it was but I could pop in at 12:30 (half an hour later), perfect! I asked for my set of gels to be removed and decided to have new gels.I won't be returning. The salon itself was messy and felt quite dirty and the gels were the worst I've ever had. I'm not a perfectionist by any means but even I couldn't grin and bear them and had to say something. I expressed I was not happy with them which is obviously quite awkward and explained why. They were filed wonky, the gel had been caked on, the surfaces were uneven, I had dried gel on my fingers, they were just awful. The girl doing my nails blamed the gel and offered to try and correct them so started filing away at the excessive gel but they really were beyond repair.She said she would only charge me for the removal of my gels and so I paid £10 and left. In hindsight I shouldn't have even paid that. My cuticles are cut from the aggressive filing and I was completely inconvenienced, having to waste my Sunday driving to Harlow to another nail bar to have them soaked off and re-done which was a painful experience with broken skin!

People at salon were very nice, but quality of nails not. I left with part of one of my nails not even covered with gel. Within 5 days they started to peel the top coat or top coat and colour. Within 5 days of having them one broke off when cleansing my face with a face tampon…. Very bad quality

Had my eyelashes tinted and lifted well over a week ago and they still look perfect, was a lovely experience would 100% book again x

I went to Flavo on my friends recommendation and I’m so pleased I did! Not only is it the BEST Botox Iv ever had I found Kristina’s advice really helpful!! I’m 40 now so the standard 3 areas of Botox aren’t quite cutting it so kristina placed more under my eyes and it’s made a world of difference! I also asked about possibly having some filler in my face. We went through the various areas I had concerns over and I was advised not to put filler in my face and offered some alternatives. It’s so refreshing to have an honest opinion on these things and not just feel like someone is saying yes for the sake of making more money! Can’t what to go back and try some more treatments kristina ans the team are fab!!!

I had the amazing TShape treatment with Billie, she is incredibly professional and creates a calm and lovely environment. Flavo has such a great vibe to it, love visiting here.

Really pleased with the lashes I had done today, best ive had by far. Kristina knew exactly what I needed just by looking at the shape of my eyes. I think Billie did my lashes, definitely recommend her doing them.

Amazing experience, I feel so comfortable when I visit the salon such a friendly team. Kristina is very informative, always so honest regarding what’s best and talks me through the procedure and the best outcome. This is my second visit now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I visited Flavo for a gel pedicure with Danielle and it was excellent. My feet were so soft after and the gels looked new for weeks. I’m now back for another one. The salon is really clean and well managed.

I had a very pleasant visit at the salon today, I had hair biotin boosters and a tshape session would highly recommend. Everyone was really friendly, Kristina really took the time to explain everything to me in the consultation and I was left feeling really happy with the treatments provided.
