Munster Tyres

I dropped in there on Monday morning as my car was giving me an alert to have the tyres seen to asap due to extreme low pressure. I just turned up and they looked at my car within 5 min and pumped up the tyres. They said to monitor them and come back if the alert came back. I was extremely grateful!

Very helpful, a real lifesaver! With a long journey ahead of me tomorrow and a slow puncture I urgently needed a new tyre but couldn’t find my locking nut (lost by the last people who serviced the car). Tony found a replacement for me and charged me much less than Audi would have! I won’t be going anywhere else for tyres, MOT etc. Great service.

Munster tyres have been fantastic every time I’ve used them - from MOT to diagnostics they have been very efficient, friendly, extremely reasonable and fair with charging. Much better than other mechanics in the area. Would highly recommend them.

Very grateful for their help in an emergency. Fuel flap on my Skoda was stuck so I dropped by in the hope someone would be able to get it open as I was just setting out on a long drive & needed to fill the tank. They helped me immediately, got it open & saved my afternoon. Thank you.

I came in 15 mins before closing and they were SO lovely and fixed my light straight away. They were so nice and helpful. 10/10

Such a great local garage. Munster tyres are professional and honest with their recommendations. They also recommend the best value for money and tell you exactly how it is. I called to get 2 new tyres, MOT and a service. They accommodated me on the day and had it all sorted by end of play. I though there were a few other things that may have needed doing from recommendations from a previous national franchise garage, but they checked everything and told me all was fine and not required. Fantastic local business.

Extremely cheeky way of doing business. I also felt I was spoken to in a very condescending way.The business charged me for work on my car without getting my full permission - they went ahead and did a full service before even fixing the problem I bought the car in for, which made the car un-usable. I was very clear to only do a service once I knew if I could afford the work after the diagnostics. They were not able to complete a successful diagnostics but decided themselves to go ahead with a service anyway.I was always told they would be able to fix the problem, no issue, but was never updated. At one time it went a whole month without them calling me back.It was incredibly disappointing as I had been using them for four years and I felt very let down. The amount charged to me was unbelievable, for me to still pick up a car which was not road worthy. Surely it is common sense not to do a service on a far which cannot legally be on the road!?I have since had to spend the same amount again at a new garage - but thank god they have now managed to fix the issue.Sadly, I will never be going here again and would advise people against it.

Great customer service - called up for some repairs and an MOT and got booked in that same afternoon! Very reasonably priced - definitely will be coming back!
