Repair required- Build up ends on gold necklace and replace lobster clasp, had to take back to shop as there was very sharp edge on repaired end and wrong size lobster clasp fitted.Also failed to inform me that another repair was ready to collect.

Fantastic service. Always!Watch strap repaired within 10 minutes and bought fiancées wedding ring with a free clean and polish of her engagement ring.Can't fault the helpful and friendly staff.I've always shopped here and will continue to.
