What a wonderful service Flora and Fern provide. My brother uses this florist to send flowers to my Mum, we are in Herts. I called them today for the first time to ask for a cheer-up bouquet, and even though they were really very busy, it was not too much trouble. My Mum received the bouquet - they are beautiful and put a big smile on her face ... and mine. Thank you :)

We totally would recommend Flora and Fern to anyone who wanted a floral tribute for a funeral. We can't thank you enough for the amazing single ended floral spray you arranged for mum's funeral. We are so pleased. Ordered over the phone and every single detail we asked to be there and not be there was carried out to perfection. Friendly, thoughtful and very efficient. Had no worries at all. A BIG shout out to Flora and Fern, with a positive friendly attitude and the helpfulness to help me out in an emergency ( Yes, I forgot my Mums Birthday) although they were busy and flowers limited, they 100% delivered.Called and delivered on the same day.... Happy Birthday Mum !

I highly recommend Flora & Fern and can’t thank them enough, they really went above and beyond.I asked for specific flowers and colours for a wreath and sent a photo of one I had seen online, but left it up to them to do their thing.The wreath was absolutely beautiful, stunning.Many people commented on the flowers at the funeral, even one of the ladies who worked for the funeral home. Her words were “I see many flower arrangements in my work and they are all lovely, but just very occasionally you say wow.”Done our Uncle Tommy proud.
