£36 just for a diagnosis which isn't even deducted after the repair.Not good

Came here for a scooter for my teenage son. The guys here were extremely knowledgeable about all products and my questions, so much so I ended up buying two, got one for myself as well. Customer service has been way beyond expectations. The shop itself isn't just about e scooters. They have a huge variety of vapes and a massive range of flavours to go with said vapes.Highly recommend that if you're looking to purchase a scooter or other e vehicles similar. Then these gentlemen will help you every step of the way.The scooters I got are fast, reliable, great battery life.Nothing to complain about at all. Top job to everyone there!!And thanks so much again.

If you need expert advice on your e-Scooter then these guys know their stuff. Changed my tyres from the standard soft tube to hard tyres with ease...unlike Halfords who previously done a set on another e-Scooter, took more than a week & highlighted what a difficult job it was. Highly recommend these guys without hesitation.

My partner purchased a scooter from Scootify a few months back and we could not fault the service. Everybody there knows exactly what they are talking about and are ever so helpful.I dropped my partners scooter off last weekend for a simple tyre replacement due to a puncture. They were very helpful and replaced the part within a reasonable time.Thank you for your help.Would definitely recommend .

Spoke to Dan on email Sunday night about a repair to my daughters scooter, dropped it off Monday and picked it up Tuesday. Such a great service and nice guy, really efficient and would highly recommend.

After a significant amount of damage to my tyre, wheel, hub, and disk break, scootify fixed it in less than a week, and cheaper than expected.Friendly, attentive, and great at finding a solution to any problems; would 100% recommend for any repairs!Cannot thank you guys enough!

I contacted Dan for a replacement cotroller for my X trail 1000 and Dan was very helpful and promptly posted it to me im glad to say everything is working fine with the new controller thanks Dan for your advice and help
