I found the staff to be unprofessional, with little knowledge of products, to the point of being misled.I found this to be most disappointing and unacceptable.I will most certainly not being using their services again and would advise others caution.

Don't use Falkirk ramsdens tell you a rate then give out different rate. Was my partner who exchanged £-€ be aware thankfully it was only for €80 could have been a lot worse if I was exchanging several hundreds!!
