I went to buy a vehicle through Haydock finance the vehicle never arrived due to the vendor never delivering it to me yet he got finance fraudulently in my opinion still try and take money off me for the vehicle I’ve not received I’ve put this in the hands of my solicitors because of the fraudulent activities of this company I would not use them or go anywhere near them they do not return their calls they do not answer their phones my broker has the same problem he cancelled the agree With them and yet we’re still being chased for payments for a vehicle that I’ve never received

Haydock are always very accommodating and are supportive of customers at all times. Everyone that works there is also a pleasure to deal with.

I used this company to finance a company van, but when I asked to settle early (within 6 months of starting the contract) the charges were the FULL contract balance - no early settlement consideration at all. For this reason I let the contract run to expiry and got hit at the end with almost £300 extra fee (presumably admin) with no advance warning or explanation. I'm glad the transaction is finished and I'll never use them again.

Haydock finance are cowboys they rob you please do not use them for finance use some one else I want to see them go out of business

I can’t leave less than 1 star or I would. This cannot be a legitimate vehicle finance company because if it is, I would be embarrassed to have my name on the company.

What an unprofessional company these people are.I have fallen on ill health with heart problems and a few other problems.They have given me no breathing space on payments if fact been very rude. I have never missed a payment or been late preciously.And they have added to my current stress levels making me feel very stressed.I owe £14000 on vehicle and the vehicle is currently valued at around £2300 and they haven’t even given me time to sell the vehicle as they are more interested in making a quick profit.I am going to be taking legal advice and make a complaint to fca.I hope as a company they get in to hardship and start getting the treatment they give out.
