Absolutely second to none.Great service when purchasing new TV's and sound systems (bought 2 sets in the last year).They price match, are very knowledgeable staff (who put up with all my questions) and their after sale support is excellent.Had an issue with cashback (Samsung refused to honour an amount) and Richer Sounds, rather than leave the issue with me to deal with, have quickly acknowledged the issue and have worked to rectify the problem with no push back from them.I won't shop anywhere else. :-)

So - We have had an upgrade to our Hi Fi System which included several items. We went to a competitor first (Sevenoaks) and were beyond disappointed with their pre sales service. Richer Sounds (Nottingham) however have been just great. Service exceeded expectations. Always available to answer questions before during and after installation. People involved - Dave, Tony and Alex the Manager (who had to agree to some of our requests). The excellent service was not due to the expensive items purchased as we needed some additional speakers after installation and they were just as attentive and efficient. Beyond happy with our new upgraded system. Can not recommend enough. Thank you to all of the team involved with our purchases.

Very good customer service. Staff know know what they selling, not like it those big stores where they have no clue what you asking.Price was really good too, I even got discount as one of the speaker box was open.

Been a while since I shopped at Richer Sounds but the experience was fantastic. No high pressure selling or asking me about my budget and then purely trying to spend all I had, just a very knowledgeable staff member who even told me a higher priced item might not be the best spec for my needs. You miss this kind of service these days. Thanks Very much to Tony who helped me. I hope Richer Sounds continue this customer experience as it is sorely missed and not possible via the internet. Staff very helpful and nice. If you need professional cables just go and grab some, customised length and some choices for you! Will go again for some more equipment in the future.

Richer Sounds is the place to go for TV and audio…… without doubt. They won’t be beaten on price and, unlike Currys which was shambolic, they know their stuff. We bought the LGG3 which is fantastic. They have a rack of TV sets all using the same feed ( I asked for normal Sky) so you get an instant and realistic comparison so it was obvious which screen had the best image. There is no pressure to buy and they have a good stock. Brilliant staff and intelligent set up.

Great shop with all your audio needs, dealt with Tony at the store he was great and very knowledge and great at explaining if you need help understanding. Ordered a bluestream hdmi over cat kit along with sonos ceiling speakers from here - works exceptionally and great delivery times.Thanks guys. Highly recommend

Find the staff very arrogant and patronising. Bought TV and sound bar to be collected from store, deliver company kept contacting me via automated WhatsApp messagesStores attitude was we'll tell you when it turns up. Sound bar took a month to arriveWouldn't use Richer Sounds again or recommend them
