Clear Storage Hereford

Due to having a refurbishment of our kitchen we needed to store our caravan somewhere safe in order that the workmen could use the drive for their vans. I am glad that I used Clear Storage Hereford. The site is very secure and I had no problem parking and setting up the caravan in its own space. I did not know how long the caravan would need to be stored but was assured that it could stay as long as it was needed. Everyone there was very helpful and I am very glad to have used them to store the caravan. I will definitely use their services again should the need arise.

We were let down by another van rental company on the morning that we were due to pick the van up. I called Clear Storage and have to say that the company provided the best possible service one could ever imagine. We spoke with Laura, and she went out of her way to assist, managed to work some magic and make a van available to us to hire at extremely short notice. I really don't know what we would have done had Laura and her team not been so fantastic. The van itself was extremely clean and well kitted out. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, and I can absolutely recommend Clear Storage as a hire company. We will definitely use the company again whenever we need to hire or store anything. Fantastic storage facility. Feels very secure with high gates and access only possible with a key fob! Range of storage containers and great motorhome storage bays. We love the van wash and the cabin with a toilet which customers can use. But what sets this facility aside is the amazing on-site team, nothing is too much trouble for them. They really do go above and beyond. An especially big shout out to the lovely Laura on reception!

Used this storage when we moved house to Hereford. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating going above and beyond what I would have expected. I messed up our move in time (got it wrong), but they were very understanding and resolved the issue without any problems.The storage unit itself is very useful, the front fully opens to allow large items to be stored (not like a door that you need to fit everything through). They have a dehumidifier in there too, to protect items. They lock very securely, and are fully watertight/airtight around the doors.Access to the unit is very easy and convenient, as you can use the key fob yourself between 5am and 10pm then just drive right up to your storage unit so you don't need to carry things far.Costs are very reasonable, and you have access to the whole unit, but they only charge you for what you use. This means that if you ever add more stuff, or take some out, you can let them know and they will update how much it costs. This is very convenient and better for everyone, no more guessing how much you'll need, and moving it to a different unit if you go over! In the photo I included, you can see the 10 foot mark on the wall, which is one of the pricing brackets.I will be using them again any time I need storage in this area, and recommending them to whoever needs it.

I was really impressed with Clear Storage. I hired a van from them, and this was very clean and came with a sack truck, blankets and a ramp. The storage unit itself was also very clean and came with a dehumidifier. The unit is very secure in its own right, but is in a secure compound so I am not going to worry about my stuff being stolen. I dealt with Laura who could not have been more helpful. I had difficulty locking the van doors and the storage unit doors, but Laura talked me through getting them locked. So I would strongly recommend Clear Storage if you require storage services. Very impressed.

We were very pleased with the service we have received from Clear. They provided a prompt and professional service to organise our removal and storage. They were also very flexible regarding dates which was very welcome with our protracted sale of our property. Their storage facility is first class. Excellent storage facility for the contents of a two bed house moving from Essex. The website was easy to navigate and informative, and the staff friendly and helpful, responding promptly to queries. The units were clean, dry and had a de-humidifier was important in storing a piano. I was impressed with the option to add insurance and free van hire for a day. Also the commitment to the environment, community and the use of sustainable products. I was unable to be present on the removal day but everything went very smoothly. I was recommended to use this company and was not disappointed. A great team, thank you everyone!

My experience with using Clear Storage Hereford has been absolutely brilliant. The team were super helpful from the off, quickly replying to my emails answering all the questions I had, and I was able to view a unit ahead of moving in, to choose which size I wanted to use. The free loan of the van (excluding fuel) is an amazing added extra, and it’s bigger than I thought it would be, so we were able to do our removal in one trip. The site feels so safe and secure, with easy to access using the key fob provided. The storage units are so ideal, clean and tidy-it felt brand new, with a light, socket, and a dehumidifier to make sure everything stays damp free. Highly recommend.
