Birley street Blackpool tsb bank can be very busy at times. But the staff are very friendly and they do help you with your needs, whether its a credited card a loan or house hold insurance they can check and do go out of there way for you, so what ever your needs they can help you sort out life's ups and downs.. so a visit to the bank is worth your while and friendly staff will help you.. but remember to watch out for scams..never give your account number or your private details to anyone the mater if they say they are from the bank. Be safe and be careful in what you do..

I struggle with COPD & was struggling when I arrived..The gentleman was lovely. He offered me a seat & then done all the work on the machine when it was my turn.. Thank you

Nice staff, clean areas, good stuff

I have been with Tsb Blackpool for over fifty years it it has been going down hill few the last few years I went back n the morning to ask a simple question which wild have taken about thirty seconds to answer I said to the lady at the door could I please ask you a quick question she was very abrupt and said everybody wants to ask a question so sit down with everybody else what happened to customer service I have a substantial amount of money in Tsb and said this bank is getting worse I think I will close my accounts to which she replied that’s fine what sort bank employs staff that thinks it ok for people to close there accounts without trying to sort out their problem I left feeling upset and insulted

Just been in to withdraw some money wish is over the amount you can in a atm there is no casher on the tills and the assistant there said i have to order it what is the point of having a branch when you can't draw money out

Costumer service quality at Tsb is below 1 star. First their app has constant problems. Internet banking doesn't work. They closed lots of branches and when I showed up today to pay in cash they are on their break till 1330 with no info on Internet about changes of opening hours. Not worth it anymore. Switching to another bank

Just like to say big thank you staff at blackpool helped me with my on line banking sorted it all out for meDid ring up tsb helpline but I couldn't work out how to do itPlease keep this bank open has its only one I can get to now

Despite all the negative reviews, I am pleasantly surprised with the service I received today. Come here during lunch time, was served by the helpful and cheerful Natalie today. Thumbs up and please keep it up
