Epiphany in Care

The best place to work and learn..the manager is an amazing person and very supportive..love it here.. it's an excellent place for someone who wants to work in care and learn whilst working, and for clients looking for a care agency that has brilliant support workers who will look after you very well ,with a manager who will care for all your needs..this is the place for you

The staff swear at u and verbally abuse clients and don't help the with their daily tasks and the are always on their phones and they never do what the clients want to do and staff think it's ok to steal money off of clients and staff can't be bothered to drive clients cars and beening picky and they love to make people suffer and they are on there on there phones wen on shift and Michael morz don't put people on the rota that drives and to encourage clients to socialize

My experience of Epiphany in Care has been a positive one. The manager must be recognised as a person who continually goes above and beyond for both her staff and clients. The humanity and empathy is not lost when interacting with Rebecca, as can be the case with the robotic nature some conduct themselves with if they have been in the role for a long time. There are not many people you will meet like Rebecca and her great interpersonal and profession skills are seen in her flexibility, tolerance and acceptance. Epiphany in Care has grown and developed since I first became aware of them, increasing staff, client and catchment. This reflects the positive perception of the company and their service and their strong relationship with the councils who recommend the company when allocating Care packages to people in need. CQC found Epiohany in Care to be good" in the most recent inspection: this has only motivated staff and management to strive further and receive that "outstanding" rating through small changes. I would have no trouble or hesitation in recommending epiphany in Care to friends

Worked here for a short time awful placement did not feel supported at all

All the support staff are lovely and the one who supports me to work couldn't have for such a lovely caring individual. But when the manager covered for my usual support worker she wouldn't accept why I felt unsupported by her. It was her way or no way really disrespected me.Because of this I was getting wound up and shouty she then threatened to leave me with someone I didn't know. Wouldn't accept the fact I couldn't control my temper due to my conditions. But I gave 5 stars because that's what the support staff are worth. The reason I am so annoyed with Rebecca is because it caused an altercation between me and her at my place of work and had to get a member of staff from my work place to desolate,the altercation. They are excellent at providing cover when your usual support worker is not available.

I have worked for Epiphany In Care for a number of years now. The team is great and our manager genuinely cares about the staff and clients. I cannot imagine a better place for me to be at.
