Classic Wimpy vibes. The food was delicious and they played 80s music so if you're after a bit of nostalgia then head to Wimpy! They're missing a vegan dessert and breakfast, which is a shame, but the vegan burger is lush.

This is an excellent place. When we first went there, we were immediately surprised to see that the store occupies what would have been two or three previous retail units. Inside it’s clean, new looking and has a nice vibe. The staff are friendly and the food arrived really quickly. The food itself was very delicious. I’d recommend the cheese burger and the milkshake in particular. The prices were also very reasonable too. It was great to see a Wimpy restaurant back up and doing well again!

I have not been to a Wimpy since I was a child. I ordered the Wednesday special. Cheeseburger with chips plus a Pepsi Max. While the service was terrific and I didn’t have to wait long. The burger was ok but very flat and not much seasoning. The price was great and I would definitely try their all day breakfast next time.

The food was excellent. The service was top-notch. The atmosphere was wonderful. The only thing keeping it from 5* is that it's not 100% wheelchair-friendly. The place is on 2 levels with a step between. You can get from one to the other, but it requires leaving the restaurant from one level and going back in the other. While it is possible, this makes it inconvenient for someone who uses wheels to get around.

Service and everything good. Was all excited to go into wimpy. Very dissatisfied the food wasn't good. Burger was half cooked and you could get a much better one from MacDonalds. Chips was ok but again the ones I have at home are nicer. Never again. So expensive

The price we paid I don't think matches the food we got. We were a bit disappointed. I think the Big Mighty burger for £12 was not worth the price. Considering that the only thing on it was 2 crispy onion rings, one fried hotdog, 1 piece of baccon and 1 thin beef patty. The milkshake @£4+ was also not worth the price. They do make it with real icecream, but i could taste they use syrup to get the flavouring.The one thing I can commend them on is that the restaurant is spotless, aswell as the bathroom. The service was amazing better than i have found anywhere else.

Immediately after I’ve stepped inside I was offered a sit. The staff was very polite. Clean place. I had a burger and the taste wasn’t wow, as the price is very decent for an average burger and cheesy fries, but was alright. Thank you!

Tbh will have to come back during lunch before deciding the worthiness of future patronage.The negatives: Came for breakfast magic, left severely disappointed. Cold toast, burnt hash brown, rubbery bacon. Hoping the next time I come back the lunchtime burgers and milkshake everyone is raving about lives up to expectations.The positives: 80s muzak vibe through the speakers.... just as it ought to be.

10 out of 10, it's like the 1980s when you had proper table service and Coca-Cola ice cream floats.... I would recommend visiting to anyone, whilst not the cheapest it's certainly the hottest takeaway burger and chips, but I'd say eat-in. This is how it's done, McDonald's and Burger King, take note !!!

Beautifully clean, extremely polite staff. Toilets super clean. It is expensive but you are getting a plate knife and fork with your cheap burger! Old school wimpey at it's best!
