Wishing Well Family Centre

If I could i would give no stars, a few years ago I had put my son in one day a week age 1, 1/2, I went to lift him early on day and i seen a horrible member of staff roaring at the child next to my son for not eating her toast, threatening to take her soft toy of her if she did not eat it my son was also in hysterics crying, I was so horrified I dropped my son home and returned speak with the supervisor of the room and voiced my concerns but what made matters worse for me was that she and other members of staff were in that room at the time and didn't blink an eye, this made me realise it was obviously not the first time, needless to say my son was never back there !!!

Best day care staff r all lovely and look after the children really well

Absolutely brilliant!!!Both my children attended Wishing Well day care and preschool and I couldn't ask for better. Staff and management go above and beyond for the children and have great relationship with parents. My kids love it!! The care they have recieved here is exceptional! Amazing centre!

I placed my child in this day nursery and preschool care I'm sorry that I did. Favouritism with parents & children.The staff look down upon children from socially disadvantage backgrounds also children with hidden disabilities. All this place cares about is money. The management including deputy management Karen likes to include herself in your personal life and tries to ruin your personal life. They look after number one in this place & that's themselves the preschool is supposed to have mid, half term in line with other EA preschool this one doesn't preschool holidays are for staffs annual leave. Apply somewhere else take your children & business elsewhere!

Amazing day care staff are brilliant with the children and they go over and above at all times to help parents and children, couldn't recommend them high enough
