It is hard to choose a removal company when you don't even live in the property or area you are moving contents from. I chose DBM on the basis of the reviews seen across a number of review sites and I am so glad my instinct was 100% correct.From the moment I first contacted DBM by email to the moment the removals guys left the destination property, I cannot fault them. They were really quick at replying to emails and no question was too much trouble.Ours was a move from SW14 to Lincolnshire. The guys turned up on time, worked very efficiently to pack up a 2 bed first floor flat. The lorry was then held securely overnight and they arrived in Lincolnshire at 8am the following morning. They unloaded in record time. The two day move was our choice and it was the best option.I would recommend DBM 100% for anyone in London, whether moving locally or further afield. I had an incredible experience with DBM!I thought the whole process of moving and packing was going to be super stressful and little did I know DBM had it all under control.The day of the move, a great team of three gentleman (George, Parda and Andrei) turned up to my house on time, ready to go and with crates, wrapping paper, bubble wrap and tons of tape! They packed my 2 bed flat in about 3.5h. Then all of it was in the van ready to go. I met them at my new flat an hour later and again, everything was unloaded and placed in my new flat in about 2h. They were super helpful, very careful with everything fragile and respectful with my new clean carpets! They placed everything where I needed it.I had then plenty of time to unpack and they picked up the crates one week after. Absolutely smooth, no stress and they are very experienced and well prepared. Will absolutely recommend.

Honestly just such a great experience.Moving house can be quite stressful and I had a lot of fragile items that I had no idea how I'd pack, so I opted to go for the full packing service. The quote was well less than I had budgeted for (and even after I accidentally let slip to the person doing the quote what my true budget was!) and the service I received was just amazing!You have a quick 15 min zoom call where they check the size of your property and what needs moving, the next day you get your quote, and then they just turn up on the day and do everything for you. All furniture was taken down and swiftly rebuilt in the new property, and the move took probably 1 tenth of the time I could have done it in, even if I roped in some friends and family to help.Nothing was broken and everything was extremely well packed so all around extremely happy. Next time I move flat, I'll definitely be using DBM again!

Having moved several times across countries and within countries, we got the best experience with DBM Express movers. Their speed and quality impressed me most! We packed ourselves and were ready when the team arrived. They came with 3 trucks and 8 people for a 4 bedroom house move and within few hours all furniture was disassembled and loaded on the trucks including all boxes!!! The house was empty before lunch time! The pace did not slow down at new location with unloading and assembling the furniture. Impressive team. They also went the extra mile with some asks we had. Great quality and great speed + very friendly team!!!!

We used DBS Express to move last Thursday. The team were fantastic, we had 2x trucks turn up with a team of 4 people to move.The team packed up the entire 2 bed flat, furniture, beds etc down to wrapping and packing plates and glasses and had us out of the property by 1:30pm. You even get to keep the tote boxes for a week so you can unpack slowly!Would highly recommend.

What can I say with these guys, you can’t go wrong. From initial enquiry to fulfilment all goes to plan and after using DBM before, I wasn’t disappointed. They arrive and take over but in a nice way. They familiarise themselves with the house layout and contents and get on with it. Furniture is moved with ease: contents are wrapped with care: the van is packed with precision, and when they arrive at your new abode, they do it all over again, but in reverse. Nothing is too much trouble at all. If and when there’s a next time, DBM Express will be our first point of call. Thanks Team.

We were expecting a really great experience after they were recommended to us. For the price I would say they are average. They are very quick to respond and get you booked in but the movers on the day seemed annoyed by our job. And kept saying they couldn’t do certain things, seeming annoyed when asked to take things down that I had gone through with the person taking the booking. They almost left refusing to reconnect our washing machine even though this was quoted. They were fast and nothing got damaged I suppose.
