Absolutely terrible. Organised a van for 9-5, practical confirmed, got here at 9 to be told its not here and someone else has it and itll hopefully be back in an hour. As my partner had dropped me off and headed back, i said id wait. An hour goes by, no van.I told them i couldnt wait any longer as it was pushing the day back too far.All the vans are terrible quality, mostly damaged in one way or another. Definitely wouldnt recommend.Got my steps in walking the delight of Attercliffe road at least.

Good price compared to other rental companies. The van however was battered, warning lights were constantly coming on and the rear bumper fell off when I opened the rear doors.Friendly chap in the office though.

After I was let down by another company at the last minute, I was really lucky that I found Practical who managed to get me a Luton at short notice. Really lovely friendly people here and a nice van, very helpful with advice about the clean air zone in Sheffield (this van has low emissions so no charge), would definitely come here again.

Really straightforward and easy to organise. We were able to keep the van until the same time the next morning which was a huge help. Highly recommend, thanks guys

Phones and told them we was slightly late dropping van back off and they agreed to this… then charged extra day rental for the van! Poor service all round! Vans are in poor condition and not cleaned out correctly… would never use these again

UnprofessionalOne of there vans hit my car as handbrake didn’t work. They said they would pay for my damage but I’m still waiting and emails are being ignored!!

Hired a LWB van to move some furniture, the van had the engine light on and needed a new tail light bulb which was disappointing. Would have thought they would have at least have sorted it before picking it up.However the van did the job and the guys at the office and the garage were nice so can't complain however the 100 mile limit is a bit daft with a 10p per mile extra charge.Would use this company again but I'd prefer a better quality vehicle, I'm not expecting the nicest vehicle but it should at least be legal to drive on pick up.

I had a last minute let down for a van . Called at 9am and they had a van ready at 10am. Luton Van was in great working condition with tail lift fully working. From ringing around they were priced more competitively than others. Will use again

I don't recommend the van I hired, booked a van for 4pm and they didn't turn up till and booked a load wheel base and got there to find they didn't have one so had to put with a sprinter which would done the job but spend more broke down out side the house, due a flat battery and other battery issues, definitely no frills, and warning light in the dash put me off wanting use them again and hard to get hold of when if u won't complain, can only speak about branch in Sheffield, cos.there a franchise.
