Adam was able to fit our job in very quickly. After getting no response from multiple other local plumbers, I found Adam online, and reading the reviews I thought I’d reach out.Very accommodating and even fixed a small problem we were experiencing with a pipe under our kitchen sink. Very reasonably priced too. We’ve been waiting a long time to get an outdoor tap fitted and we are very pleased to now have one!Thank you Adam! Will definitely be recommending you and using your services again.

Adam was quick to respond, friendly, professional, tidy, and did a great job of replacing a thermostatic shower bar at a reasonable price. Will definitely call him again if we need a plumber in future.

Must say I’m slightly disappointed considering the glowing reviews I’ve read. Contacted Adam about doing some work late August . He informed me he was booking at the end of September which we were happy to wait. Asked for my details so he could arrange a visit, which we sent and then heard nothing else. Sent emails, called, no response, husband got in touch today to enquire what was going on only to be informed quite rudely that he was now booking for the end of October. Just felt like the guy wasn’t interested, which is fair enough, but at least have the courtesy to tell the people enquiring so they don’t waste their time.

Got to say I’m really impressed with Adam’s service. He was able to fix my toilet a day after calling him, and at a very fair price.I’ll definitely be keeping his details handy for the next time I need a top notch plumber. Thanks Adam!

On the morning we were due to go on holiday, with a long drive ahead of us to Southampton, we contacted Adam when we awoke to water dripping through the bathroom ceiling from the hot water tank above. He was quickly with us, drained the tank enabling us to go away and then investigated and rectified the issue during our absence. Can't thank him enough for his responsive, reassuring and all round excellent service.

I contacted Norwich Plumber Limited late last year for a small emergency. Adam came round the same day, sorted the issue temporarily and arrived back within 24 hours with a replacement part. All done. The second time I rang the shower had stopped working. Again, Norwich Plumber Limited came round the same day, took photographs and details and arrived the next day with a replacement shower (the old one had lasted 15 years!). Costs on both occasions were very reasonable and what I appreciated above all was the courtesy and professionalism that Norwich Plumber Limited show at all times. Definitely recommended.

Adam was very easy to deal with. His estimate of both time and cost were accurate and good value. He was professional in the work he did and helpful by correcting a couple of other plumbing faults with out any fuss and I note without charging extra.His attitude was great and he did a great job
