Called them up and answered straight away. Said could be there in the afternoon but I said wouldn't be there so offered to come 1st thing in morning. The man arrived on time and was Polite and courteous. I believed it to be a shared drain which he also was in agreement with. He then informed me that if your drain is shared, then it is actually the responsibility of the water authority. He then advised me to call them, who should do it for free! He said he didn't want to charge me for a job that is actually the water authorities problem. I am very impressed with the guy's honesty, he could have charged me to clear it, and I would have been non the wiser. So just an massive thumbs up for the company etiquette, so nice to see in this day and age not trying to rip you off.

Answered the phone straight away (always a good sign). Was with me within the hour. Friendly and professional. A wee bit pricey but to be honest I would rather pay more for fast, reliable service than be mucked about and have to wait for ages so it was worth it in my opinion.

Outstanding service! They offered to be with us within a matter of hours but were equally happy to arrange a time that suited us. The arrived on time; cleared the blockage extremely efficiently; took time to explain the issue and how it could be easily resolved in future; and took time to explain the boundary of responsibilities. All this while being compassionate and kind regarding a recent bereavement.

Visited my home within 10 minutes of being called. Sorted out the problem quickly. Professional and friendly service and reasonable prices. Very highly recommended

Just wanted to put a message on here to express my thanks. I haven’t even used the service of the drain doctor as such but a phone this morning with him regarding my drains being block and instead of just charging me to unblock them he gave me the information regarding getting in touch with anglia water to see if it’s an shared drainage system as it would be done for free. Anglia water has been and confirmed there was a blockage but it was 2 doors down. Very honest company and just feel that even though I haven’t actually used his services, he was honest and helpful to point me in the right direction even if it meant that he didn’t get the job. Thank you just for that I would of chosen you to do the job no matter what the cost if I was liable because of your honesty.

Called and answered instantly, and was around within 30 minutes! Had a look and managed to fix my issue with a blocked drainage instantly. Was very respectful of my home. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to all.
