Wonderful service as usual. I went in to get a key cut, which was done as I waited, and I came out with some shoe cream which was given to me without charge. The service here is always quick, friendly and efficient.

I visited this cobblers with my favourite pair of suede Chelsea boots for them to be re-soled. They provided excellent advice and recommendations based on their knowledge of the materials they use and the job was completed to a fantastic standard. I don't think it can be said often nowadays but they're true Craftsmen. Excellent job.

I discovered Beechgrove Shoe Repairs in 2018 while working in Aberdeen. Jim is a craftsman and I have always admired the quality of his work and the service he provides. He has seamlessly repaired Churches, Loake and Barker shoes for me ever since. As a Surrey resident the effort to post to Beechgrove is a no brainer as I have 100% trust in Jim's work and prompt communication. Thanks you Robert Ellis

Very impressive service from John who repaired a pair of my dad’s shoes. He patched and hand stitched a couple of areas where the seams were coming apart, and the repairs are barely visible. His workmanship is excellent and there is now a lot more life left in the shoes. Huge thanks and a well deserved 5 stars!

Rebuilt the sole on a pair of barker work shoes. Added a nylon sole to the worn leather and blended it in seamlessly. Rebuilt the toe. The shoes had previously been repaired at Timpsons and didn't last. This was an excellent job again. Great craftsmanship.

The business owner/manager may be good at shoe repairs, but his customer service is shocking. He couldn't handle a simple question about a repair to an expensive hand-made shoe and I was brusquely put in the picture about how good he was, how many years he's been in business & that there's no-one better in the Aberdeen area. Picking up the repair, we had a second altercation after I spotted marks on the shoe. They may well fade - compression from lying against others in the collection bin, he said - so no real damage done, but for a second time the verbal exchange was unpleasant. His apprentice is okay, but the owner/manager's attitude stinks.
