In my opinio the best boots in Leeds. Two floors with a lot of options, self checkout available which makes it fast to pay even when crowded. Personal is helpful and kind. And the makeup area is huge with almost all of the high end brands with advisors and drugstore brands with nice discounts.

I love shopping at this boots! There are two floors, the ground floor has cosmetics and skincare/ snacks, and the 1st floor has baby products, glasses, and a pharmacy section where you can speak to someone I'd you need medical advice. I always shop at boots for my makeup because I am rubbish at finding my shade for concealer/foundation. I have purchased sleek, E.L.F, Fenty, Urban Decay, and I.T. Cosmetics products from boots. I recently bought I.T Cosmetics Foundation and Concealer, and someone assisted me with finding my shade, which was a perfect match. Although the total came to £53 for two items, I received a free brush because of the deal that was going on, so I was happy with my purchase.

A very big store that has practically everything you need from men to women items and a pharmacy too. Very helpful staff also and a good location in Leeds City centre.

This business is definitely on the way out and as it is an institution the decline is a tragedy. Poor stock levels and nominal staff levels are common place added to which I can we can't use our points to buy anything and the staff have no idea why or what we can do about it.

The staff were great at helping find the products I wanted and recommending other items if not in stock. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were great with advice on a medical scale.

On Sunday the 15th of October at around 4pm there was a middle aged man working on the service tills. He was wrongfully shouted at by a customer despite just informing her that her items were on the wrong side of the checkout. This resulted in an outrage and for the manager to be called by the customer. I just wanted to say that the man was not rude and in fact dealt well with the pressure of working all alone on the checkout at busy peak rush hour with no help, who was also being shouted at by other customers too for being ‘ too slow’. I Just want to give 5 stars to the man as he was clearly under a lot of pressure working those checkouts by himself and did a good job! I am only giving 3 stars as there definitely needs to be more than one person on the checkout so innocent workers don’t get verbally abused in the future!I hope his job isn’t affected by this silly incident as he was not in the wrong

The outstanding feature of this branch is the permanent guest buskers at the main door. Opera, rap, Ed Sheeran the variety and quality is endless.

Went for pre-flight PCR tests. Parked at the Trinity car park, plenty of spaces, good access and the rates are reasonable. Store was clean and tidy, well laid out and wasn't crowded, though it was first thing in the morning. There's good disabled access to the store and higher floors. The testing area was well laid out and the staff friendly and helpful.Our results came back in a little over 24 hours, and the testing process was smooth and efficient. They might not be the cheapest testing provider, but we had more faith in their reliability and processes being a well known store than some of the others.
