Four seasons nail studio

This was a drill heavy manicure. They used the drill to remove my gel colour (no soak at all).Whilst doing this they clipped the skin round my nails many times- one finger bled, the rest look really red and are sore. I’ve never had the skin be sore from my nails beforeI said it hurt a few times and no change to what was being done. He was drilling my nails for over 30 minutes.I also asked for him to shape the edges of my nails so they would catch on things and some of my nails still have sharp edges.Wouldn’t recommend

Very disappointed. My gel manicure has 2 chipped nails after just 5 days and another 2 are already cracked. This should usually last 2-3 weeks with regular care. Will be returning and asking for it to be fixed.

Had my nails done today I'm usually 100% satisfied with four seasons but I find when they swap technician half way through your nails I find I don't like the end result today 3 look a different shape and can see brush marks not very happy this time please just have 1 technician per client

Nail tech was obviously inexperienced doing the design i asked for and it came out messyduring prep my natural nails were filed way too low and were breaking off the next day, would never go again

From the moment I walked in I was unimpressed with my service. To start with I had one girl stick the nail tips on while repeatedly ripping them off and sticking them back on as she clearly could not do it right. The tips were too wide for a few of my nails and then she just left me without cutting them and started someone else while I waited for Katie leaving me incapable of doing anything and was not told what was going on at all. They just leave you… Katie then come and I showed katie the picture of the nails I wanted which you’ll see below but because it was the last appointment and I thought it would take a lot longer I offered to just have the ombré if easier. I didn’t even get a Thankyou she just passed me on to another person who was a man who was lovely but did an awful job I commented that they weren’t at all even and they were very thick and patchy where then Katie jumped in and said just wait for him to drill them. Drilling them makes no difference to the fact he didn’t use enough blue and too much pink. I was rushed, spoken to rudely, she disregarded my valid points when I was only trying to help them in the first place. They spend more time talking to each other than to the customer which is uncomfortable for me. I have never had a problem like this at four seasons before, she was clearly having a bad day but from being a hairdresser myself I would NEVER ignore someone’s issues with a service. While near the finishing of my nails the 2 ladies including Katie stood behind the man in a rushed manner in their coats which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The nails were showed to me in this state and I was asked if I was happy with them prior to applying a finishing top coat and of course I was not happy as they are awful. I couldn’t take sitting there any longer and get a top coat when they looked that bad and I was on my own being patronised and looked down on like there wasn’t an issue. I was no way going to pay for the nails four seasons left me with let alone the way they spoke to me with no offer to stay behind and fix the mess they had made. I was rushed, ignored and patronised… probably the most unprofessional salon I have ever encountered and I will NEVER BE BACK. Just to add when I went to another salon the day after (being zone beauty) they were completely shocked with the results I had been left with and luckily managed to fix them.

The service was terrible. I tried to be patient and trust the process, but I was let down. I had to pay more than £80 as a student for acrylic french tips for both hands and toes. Even though I inquired how much it would be before they started and they said it was £50.He wasn't gentle at all when doing my toes, and it hurt so badly.Same thing with my nails. The nails I requested were not the same as those he made for me in terms of colour, length, and design. After a while, I began to bleed.Really disappointed.

Popped in today for full set and gel polish. Happy with result. Even better than on the pictures that I pointed as sample. It's not my first visit and definitely not the last one. Thank you, Four seasons' gold hands! I highly recommend this nail studio.

Only my second time here & experienced awful customer service. The manicure was fine until the nail tech cut me twice, didn’t say anything & would not stop to let me wash the dust out my cuts so they started to sting. At the end they tried to not allow me to use the student discount advertised on the window which was odd. I also wasn’t allowed to take a loyalty card which indicated to me they don’t want any more of my business which is fine, I have no desire to return. They also tipped themselves 50p out of my change. Go to A&A nails instead where the customer service is actually good and they don’t cut you.

After one hour waiting and paid 35 pounds this is how she left my nails. My hand looks like a builder with all that white pounder on it! she didn't even want to remove it and clean it when I asked her. She said “it will go with the time” really? So I’m doing my nails to go for a weeding tonight and she has the guts to tell me it will go with the time when I want my nails perfect for the event! Really?. Disgusting service and so careless staff. My skin feels sticky and now instead of getting ready for my event I have to wash my hand 100 times. Also when I washed my hands on the place was awful. The water was absolutely frozen plus the pain she caused me while She was doing my nails was the worse experience and customer service on earth. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! HORRIBLE PLACE!
