Meet & Greet Parking, Leeds Bradford Airport

My Daughter used Leeds meet and greet, and never again.Shes come home to fine after fine for her car been parked in places were it shouldn't off been,You can clearly see its not her, it's a man with his Hi-Viz coat on.Plus she was in holiday!!No mater the evidence we've sent in (boarding cards, times of drop off, times of pick up) we are getting absolutely no were ,noone seems to care

I would leave a 0* review if I could. Before I get into it, I will say that my experience is directly related to Meet & Greet Parking at Leeds Bradford Airport booked through Looking4Parking and not the LBA parking directly.This is the worst experience of meet and greet parking I have ever had, and will certainly never be using it again. I have parked using meet and greet services at many other airports without any issue, but this was a different story.First of all, the driver met us after us waiting around for almost 20 mins when dropping off the car. We were not made the sign anything, he didn’t check over the car, he just took the keys and drove off. We returned after a week away today only to find that our 6-month old car has been used whilst we’ve been on holiday out of the country.We purposely took photographic evidence of the mileage when dropping off the car, and we did the same when collecting - there have been almost 40 miles driven whilst we’ve been on holiday. We went from having 130 mile fuel range, to just 30.The passenger seat was practically laid down when the car was dropped off and there were muddy shoe marks on the back seat mats (it had not long been valeted and there’s only me and my husband that use the car so it wasn’t us) - to top it all off there had clearly been people smoking in the car, and ash was all over the window frame and door panels.I phoned the company to complain and told them I’d be taking this matter to the police to which they replied “you can do what you want mate” - I’ve contacted Looking4Parking who are taking no responsibility whatsoever as they say they’re just the booking agent.It seems as though I should’ve read these reviews before booking through them - never again will I use this company, they’re clearly a bunch of cowboys who use people’s cars when they’re on holiday! I’m just hoping that I can get hold of my car tracking data to prove they’ve driven it, and hoping there are no nasty surprises with tickets or fines for whilst they’ve driven it.I would avoid this company at all costs!

We thought Leeds Meet & Greet was good overall.Good: Easy location to find, fairly close to the terminal, car was left in good condition, easy to depart on way home.Not so good: The booth were you stop before parking had two buttons, press one for photos, nothing happened, pressed it 3 times. Eventually pressed 2nd button to speak to someone, nothing happened. Pressed it 3 times and then got an answer and got let thorough. Thought the reception was understaffed, there was only one man there and the couple in front of us hadn't booked so we had to wait while they booked and paid.

Shocking service. They take your car to Bradford somewhere to park. I wasn't aware of this... Not sure how many miles they actualy drive but had alot less fuel then when I left it. Also it smells so bad inside once it was dropped off. I complained about this and got a load of attitude on the phone saying to read my email. Not meet and greet at all. You have to phone up and then someone comes when they can. I waited over 20 minutes for them to bring back car. I really would not trust this company with your car. I have a feeling it was being driving around with a group of lads while I was on holiday.

We left our vehicle with them, went on holiday for 2 weeks, when we returned we had a PCN notice for entering a Clean Air Zone FIVE HOURS after we had left the car with them. They flat refused to pay it or offer any refund for the PCN, nor did they offer any explanation as to why our car was being driven 5 HOURS after drop off! Appalling service, total scammers and bad business. DO NOT USE! wish we had read reviews of company first!

Very professional and extremely convenient m&g parking. I was concerned about the reviews as I’m driving a brand new sports car, but was reassured by the desk that they wouldn’t ever take my car off site. Indeed upon following the tracking, it was parked RIGHT outside the terminal (20 second walk) and left there securely for the full 10 days. Very impressive.

This review relates to the official Leeds Bradford Airport meet and greet, not to any other company purportedly offering a similar service.You book in advance through LBA, on arrival you follow the signs to meet and greet. Your car is automatically photographed and you park it near the pickup and drop off, ie only a short walk to departure. You drop the keys at the meet and greet desk in the airport building and obtain a receipt.On your return you pick up your keys from the same desk and your car is parked right outside the exit doors of the airport.Not the cheapest parking, but very convenient.We used this service in the summer and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.

Car damaged on return and no customer service with the car park owners, use at your own risk! Booked via Looking for parking using the 1 hour car park for dropoff.The whole experience was very uncomfortable, on arrival at the 1 hour car park at Leeds Bradford airport we met the driver who was pleasant enough, but it was just a case of handing over the keys, nothing to sign or anything which was a bit concerning. On return we had to wait 40 mins at the 1 hour car park for the driver to bring our car back and when he did it had 2 deep scratches down the side of it, not to mention all the mud inside the footwell of the drivers side. The driver didn’t really want to know about the damage , just saying phone the number for the office on Monday and it wouldn’t be a problem, clearly it was going to be a big problem. When phoning the office they gave me an email address to complain to, I did get an initial response but then nothing, several emails and phone calls later and still nothing.Stay well clear, don’t learn the hard way like I have and find yourself out of pocket with a hefty repair bill!

price was good... no hassle ... don't know where the one star reviewers were parking, but our experience was all positive... we dropped the car close to the terminal, handed the keys in... and when we returned our car was waiting 2 minutes walk from the terminal, and we were on our way home...staff were friendly and helpful.... ALL GOOD.
