This is probably the best company I have ever dealt with! We bought a house with a 10 year old conservatory that they had fitted, and when we had problems with the door, they came out and fixed it on the same day, free of charge! They have since replaced all our windows and doors and were a pleasure to deal with.

We had our house double glazed by LF in August 2001 - super job with which we have been very pleased. But what really impresses is their after sales service - we needed a chipped window unit replaced recently and they still had the window dimensions on file! The job was done quickly and without fuss. Lately we had the front door handle slightly loose - within hours somebody was out reassuring us that there was no risk to our security and then fitting a replacement handle set. All this on a set of windows and doors that are eighteen years old and still look good! Highly recommended.

We have used LF Windows to replace all of our windows, front door and conservatory. We have been very particular about our requirements and LF have every step of the way been very accommodating. We had some challenging design issues that LF worked with us to resolve, where other window companies said our requirements couldn't be met.But the real test of a company like this is their customer service. They have been back to fix problems with doors that were fitted by them a few years ago but before we moved into our house. There has never been any difficulties getting them to fix anything (we had this at our last house, there are always odd things that need a bit of tweaking).We have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends, and should the opportunity arise in the future, we would use them again ourselves.

They came when they said did a really excellent job, also helped us with an additional window for our new porch, they also responded very quick with a query I had and sent someone out within a few days brilliant work

They do not bother to respond to emails about showroom bookings, so if they can't get that but of admin right why would you trust them to install windows and doors at your house? Take your business to Classic Windows in Minety, far better service in my experience.
