Have used Norfolk Cleaning for many years and it occurred to me that we have often thanked them for the quality of their staff but never publicly.No matter which team arrives they are always cheerful and polite. The clean is always done to a high standard and in a timely manner.I would just like to recognise a good local co many doing their best through these challenging times.Thank you one and all, highly recommended.

Norfolk cleaning group undertake weekly cleaning for our holiday cottage.It is always pristine and prepared for the next guests and regularly commented on.The office team are always very willing to help and efficient with schedules & invoicing.All in all a great company to deal with.

Norfolk Cleaning have looked after our holiday property for the last two years and we have found them to be consistently reliable and helpful. We know visitors will find the property nicely presented and beautifully clean. We've particularly appreciated their help with any emergencies that need to be dealt with on our behalf.

Having spent hours googling who to go to, I took the plunge following reading the reviews and chose The Norfolk Cleaning.They are a great option to go for when searching for a home cleaning company. They even arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they offered to start at once or they could wait those 10 minutes if needed. Very nice! They didn't fail to make the house smell fresh and clean.They brought the cleaning supplies and equipment, all of good quality, and paid incredible attention to detail. Not a single corner was left without cleaning.It's always nice to come home to a nice and clean house. They are a trustworthy company that does a wonderful job!

Friendly and professional staff. I had someone come to get a quote to clean up after Flagship Services left a mess from flooding my home 7 weeks ago. The person who came out was friendly and professional. And when Flagship finally got around to making arrangements to look at cleaning up after themselves, Norfolk cleaning were able to come out within a day's notice.

Norfolk Cleaning have been looking after my holiday let for the past 18 months and I couldn't be happier with their service. The cleaning team always leave the cottage sparkling clean and they are very quick to respond to any issues or problems which might arise. Gerry, Lisa and all the team are brilliant, thank you very much for all you do!

We are very disappointed with the service we have received.The Norfolk cleaning company did a deep clean on our property,The fridge/freezer had been turned off at the power switch which had to have been done during the cleaning process. We had been away while the property had been cleaned, came back and we had to throw all our food out.It is very disappointing to think that you do not believe your customers. We haven’t even had an apology regarding the matter!If nothing else, hopefully this can be a lesson for yourselves to prevent this happening again.

Based on reviews I contracted Norfolk Cleaning Group to provide cleaning and laundry to a 4 bedroom holiday let. A typical weekly clean with laundry came to over £270.Whilst not awful the standard and consistency has been variable.My experience has differed significantly from many of the reviews I relied on to make my selection.
