Such a worst experience I had with them. They couldn't get Legal Aid for me. I was with them for 3 months and 3 months they wasted my time and failed to get Legal Aid. As soon I applied in different solicitor firm and within 3 weeks they got Legal Aid for me. HRS don't even deserve 1 star. I 1000000% do not recommend this firm to anyone. They are just waste of time. Believe me.

I have been with HRS solicitors in the past and they have helped my case I am currently back with HRS I wouldn't go any where else they are very helpful and supportive would definitely advice to take up HRS solicitors if you have any chance of winning

After seeing all the negative reviews about these solicitors I am not at all surprised! By far one of the worst and most incompetent not to mention unprofessional solicitors I have ever used. I am just glad I didn’t have to pay for their trash service and was given legal aid as their service is terrible. I was referred to these solicitors through the police through a company called Wave. I needed a non molestation order, someone from the firm called me on the phone to take my statement and made numerous mistakes. Kelly was dealing with my non molestation order she took forever to respond and I could never get hold of her I had to continuously ring the firm and was told ‘she’s in a meeting or she’s at court she’ll call you back’ but she never did. Overall my statement was rushed and done last minute, I made Kelly aware there were numerous mistakes she amended some but left most mistakes unattended. The solicitors took weeks to get my non molestation order sorted out putting me and my young child at risk, shame on them! Then Amelia had the cheek to email me to give them a rating, you want to no my rating? I would give you zero stars and wouldn’t recommend your trash service to anyone! Now your going to respond to my review saying please call us so we can look into your case, which is ironic seeing that Amelia didn’t bother to respond to my email. Take my advice and do not waste your money on these trash solicitors. People are better of representing themselves than using these incompetent solicitors!

I recommend using HRS, they are an amazing firm to use, extremely helpful and great at communicating.However I Highly recommend using Sobia from the Birmingham Branch, she is hands down THE BEST solicitor I've come into contact with, she has helped me from the moment she was handed my case she has been excellent at communicating with me, has been honest with me in regards to my own expectations, and extremely helpful not only is she professional but she's also extremely down to earth, and amazing at putting your mind at ease. I honestly i can't praise, nor thank her enough for what she has done for me and my family.Although I hope to never need a solicitor again should the need arise at a later date I will definitely be returning to HRS for Sobia again.
