James is a brilliant personal trainer, he takes a genuine interest in you as a client and is very easy to get on with which is important. I've used a lot of personal trainers to keep things fresh over the years but James is the one who really got me looking at my diet. I would definitely recommend him.

James is a fantastic PT and so far in our time together, both my fitness development and muscle gain have been great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Both professional and approachable, and all round pretty sorted.
