Shockingly poor experience from an official VW garage! Following an error with my ACC, I took my vehicle to this garage who charged me a fee of over £150 to run a diagnostic check so they could then tell me that there was an error with my ACC. I could stomach that fee, but what I couldn't stomach was an official VW vendor with such woeful customer service, seemingly bereft of the required knowledge and experience to carry out this job. Following the diagnostic, I was informed that the ACC was in need of recalibration, but in order to correct this error THEY THINK" they need to remove and replace my windscreen and recalibrate the radar on my vehicle (which I later learned is referred to as ADAS). They quoted around £1

Not very helpful, the gentleman on the phone really lacked any form of customer services. More training required! If you can’t get the basic wright then it’s not the garage for me.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and efficient.

Not remotely acommodating or flexible on the phone so didn't get as far as visiting their service department - so, probably for the best
