I cannot recommend this business. For the first (and last) time I used Clean 2 Impress instead of my usual cleaners.I took a pair of good quality lined made to measure curtains for dry cleaning (as per makers instructions) to this business last week.The guy in the cleaners said that yes he could do them and he would take off the little sliding curtain hooks that I had forgotten to remove. It cost £80 for the pair.When collecting the curtains he gave me the plastic hooks and two plastic strips (see photo) that he found In the bag we brought the curtains in".At home I took the curtains out of the cleaners bag and discovered that the curtain had been cleaned but not pressed as dry cleaners would usually do. Worse still the plastic strips that the cleaner had "found" had been ripped out of 2 of the pinch pleats on one of the curtains

Great family business.Get my suits and shirts dry cleaned every week and sometimes have repairs done too. Happy with the service and quality of work.

Dropped of a suit for dry cleaning on Friday, asked when the earliest it could be ready by and the man said Monday. I asked what time he closed, he said 5. went to collected my dry cleaning on Monday at 4:20 to find the store closed. Shutter down. Number listed not in service. Needed the suit for the Tuesday. Not impressed. Could understand if I’d shown up at bang on 5, even 5 minutes to, but 40minutes is unacceptable.

I used this service recently and I am really impressed by them. The price is very reasonable along with professional service. Nothing like clean fresh laundry! Great job guys looking forward to using this service again. Highly recommended :)
